Residents of Gizo are being urged to elect leaders committed to integrity and progress for the next four years.
Pastor Frank Mamu of the New Way Kingdom Harvest Ministry stressed the need for leaders who understand the challenges faced by the people and are ready to address them.

He highlighted the urgent need for better living conditions, including proper housing and support for those with special needs.
“When selecting leaders for Gizo/Kolombangara, prioritize those who will truly make a difference,” said Pastor Mamu.
He also pointed out the neglected roads in the western parts of Gizo, urging for transparent leadership and leadership that listens to the needs of the people. The roads to West Gizo are filled with potholes.
Mamu wished the eight candidates well and urged voters to make informed decisions before the April 17th election.
